Youth Entrepreneurship @ BH

A 10-week bootcamp designed to teach 16–18-year-old students to be entrepreneurs by focusing on a mix of practical business skills, developing an entrepreneurial mindset, and building a supportive network. Participants gain the foundational skills required to launch and operate a business. The curriculum is designed to build the soft skills and confidence necessary for an entrepreneurial career:  Foundational Business Skills: A comprehensive education on the essentials of business planning, financial management, marketing strategies, and customer relations.  Real-World Application: Hands-on learning through practical exercises, developing a business plan, and creating a marketing campaign.  Financial Literacy: Learning to create strong financial systems, budgeting and bookkeeping tips, and cash flow strategies to manage business money effectively.  Confidence and Self-Assurance: Building self-esteem and confidence in pursuing business goals and the capacity to lead teams and make tough decisions.  Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: Learning to identify opportunities, assess risks, and solve problems creatively.  Leadership and Decision-Making: Developing leadership qualities and independence.  Direct Mentorship: Gaining insights and personalized guidance from experienced founders and industry experts.  Peer Community: Joining a supportive community of like-minded peers who provide emotional encouragement, diverse perspectives, and a mutual support system.
